I did what Bill from PA did. I cut the bolt off, then torched the crap out of the bushing till it fell out. Cleaned it up w/ a screwdriver and then using a shock bushing from Advance Auto Parts ($4.99) I trimmed it and stuck it back in. Works like a charm.
