This may or may not work and requires some technique to do (has been covered already in a few threads) because the part you need to clean is actually underneath the tip of the O2 sensor (not the tip itself). The only no brainer way, which is guaranteed to work is to replace with a new one. You can bench test the sensor with a torch to see if the sensor is indeed the problem before you replace it (but for most, if you do the work to get it out, you might as well replace it too).
