Our 4Runner has 46k on it right now, and its a 2000.

Recently, when driving, Ive been feeling vibration from the brake pedal. If I press it hard, Itll vibrate harder, adn even make a scraping sound. WTF is this? The parking brake is always used, if that makes a difference.
