Well, you are right. I didn't consider his gearing. Then again...he didn't mention what his gearing was.
But do you really think that with 4.88's he could get 300,with WIDER tires?
Like I said earlier,if his claim were right...why wouldn't we all be jamming oversize tires and gear swapping?
Everyone chimes in on this site,trying to get better fuel milage,and all of a sudden...here's a guy with oversize tires and "possibly" different gearing dusting us ull in milage?

I have the same set up as you and on highway alone...cruise control on,(I always have o/d engaged). I get roughly 230 per tank.
I'm thinking if I upgrade my O2 sensor (still fac. original), I'd pry do much better.
