Unfortunately, no good way to get a direct pull on it. A friend might drop by with a come-along or two, so we'll see if that works. Tonight I have some time to wrench on it, so we'll see what happens. I will definitely post some pics when I finally get the stupid thing out.
(I'm fairly convinced it's the pilot bearing siezed onto the input shaft)
