I deal with New Egg a lot, work and home. I go between both Tiger and New depending on what I want and current deals. I go with these guys before I hit BestBuy any day. Also check Amazon.com as well. Get some good buys there as well.

Acer have good products for cheap...I have not purchased them but I know people who have. Normal everyday web surfers can get a nice 20" or 20" wide for under $200.
New Egg has a lot of free shipping. Read, read, read!!! I prefer the high res If you don't like the small print then go with a lower res, they will be cheaper but not quit as crisp.
