Steering Relay Rod Recall (PROBLEMS)

As most of us have already done I got my relay rod/center link replaced for free and an alignment from BELL RD. TOYOTA here in Phoenix.

Now I have problems and I need to know if anyone has the same...

I have a Pro-Comp Explorer #219500 Steering Stabilizer bolted to my center link and the bolt threads/lock nut that holds the stabilizer on the center link rubs and scrapes against the Pitman Arm bump stop that's welded to the chassis, right under the steering gear box.

Besides the Pro-Comp Stabilizer the Pitman arm is after market too, I think McQuay Norris brand from Checker Auto Parts, it's supposed to be a direct replacement. I never had this problem before the recall so I'm wondering if the geometry of the center link is different that would push it more forward, towards the front of the vehicle so the Stabilizer nut is scraping on the bump stop when I make a full left turn?

Has anyone experienced this after the recall work was done?
