Totally do the front. Given the understeer from being in 4wd and trying to steer in on very slippery roads with open diffs is enough for me to not want a lunchbox up front. The rear selectable, in case you haven't driven like that, I've found to be quite manageable to a point where i would let most people drive my truck in the snow as long as they kept it in 4wd. I can't say I notice my locker in my 30 mile city commute, the only time its noticeable is in the parking garage.
