that all depends on how ou drive it man...
IMO, the RTEs don't put out all that much more power over stock... not even worth the trouble to try to convert an RE to a stock RTE setup... money-wise anyway... cool-factor, well, that's in the eye of the beholder... and honestly, the OEM Toyota setup is no beautiful creation under the hood... but this is just my thoughts...
See just knowing I had a turbo under the hood, I'd be winding out every gear all day long, so the motor probably would break down sooner than your average 22re non turbo'ed, lol
but if driven in a similar, easy-going manor, they're both more than capable of 300k miles, and then some!
now if you REALLY want some boost, plan on forking out some major $$$ to get some significant HP and torque gains out of a turbo setup on the 22re...
