how to re-polish Polycarbonate?

Lightforce 240 filters to be exact. they have spent quite some time inside the previous owner's tool box bouncing around. my question is what would be the best way to re-surface or polish them? i know polycarbonate is pretty darn hard and i have 8 of them, really don't want to spend 10 hours on each piece with elbow grease and a pad.
