The Toysport article pretty much sums it up...
A safe figure is 135-140 actual hp, not really much of a gain due to the limitations of the CT20. I would lean towards 135 for the very rare '84-85 examples, with about 140 for the '86-87 units, with about 173 lb-ft. of torque across the board.
Just remember to ALWAYS idle down for about 2-3 mins. if you ever get a stock turbo truck. Bearing failure is an all too common problem with the CT20, and is unavoidable at about 60-85k miles if this practice is not adhered to on a regular basis.
