I just bought one like that but without the TRD or power doors/windows for a bit more than that, so yeah its a good deal
That's assuming the frame is in good shape. If the frame rusts through, Toyota will buy it back but only for what you paid for it, not for the 1.5 x KBB value previous owners are getting.
