Once a frame is damaged, it's never 100%. But like was said above, body shops can usually restore the ride, but whenever a metal bends it loses some inherent strength. If it will be an issue, who knows.

Really, this is kinda out of your hands. It depends on if the insurance co. decides to fix or total it.
