How about the fact that the reverse arch has caused my input shaft to the rear differential to rotate towards the ground about 10 degrees?

If that's not enough, bear in mind that the 4runner has only been off road 3 times and each time was on simple fire roads- no puddle jumping, rock crawling (well, 'cept for the pile of rock at one of my jobs)- and has been on the highway (I-5 between Los Angeles and Sacramento) most of the rest of the time.
Yup, that's a good way to go through ujoints faster than toilet paper in a prison and if one of your leafs breaks around the center pin and separates from the pack that axles going to end up riding under your bumper. 5000 times less likely to happen with real lift springs.
