But to qualify this statement...it only applies to Toyotas that are geared low at the axles from the factory. 4.XX:1 for example. A new Tundra or Sequoia with the 5.7 is a different story.
Jeep, American Iron in general are not geared low at the axles. Neither are British 4X's. They are geared low (though just barely) at the transfer case.
Point is, don't go making these type of statements about the virtues of low gearing around people driving lesser rigs...they won't get it and you will look like a lunatic.
