Project Beater Gas Saver

My search for my beater gas saver car has come to an end. Most of them were beat to death. After looking at several I ended up with this hunk of junk.
1989 Tercel with 114,000 miles on it. Mechanically it is great: new alternator, belts, hoses, timing belt, tires. Interior is pretty clean. Needs a windshield, it was involved in an accident who knows when so I will do something about the mismatched fender...
And it was cheap

It will be interesting to see how big of truck parts I can get in the trunk It gets about double mpg of my Tacoma around town so should save a few bucks driving this thing. Have got a set of wheels from a previous car that I will put on to give it a little bling..

Brings the total to 4 Toyotas in my driveway.
