I spent approximately $7000 all said and done...tires, wheels, gears, lockers, sliders, rear lift, front lift. I think all parts were like $4500 (including wheels and tires).
It's a lot of money, but I still have way less money in my rig than my buddy does with a stock 2004 4Runner, and I can do way more than he could ever dream of doing and I get about the same gas mileage once the 3.4L goes in.
