Its a form in place gasket (FIPG). You can get a tube of FIPG from any dealer. There are different types for different applications, so tell them its for a tranny pan.
The magnets are stuck to the bottom of the pan, put them back exactly where you found them after cleaning them. Or use the measurments from the FSM as to where to place them.
