According to the photo name you've posted, those are from a 99-02 4Runner. But mine '01 fogs don't look like that and I ordered my fogs from the dealer 6-7 years ago?!?
Mine look like these.
After searching trdparts4u's replacement parts, maybe there's a different between "Dealer Installed" and "Factory Installed".
