Check your bulbs ground connection. If there's corrosion where the bulb flange touches the lamp housing, it will keep the bulb from coming on. Use some fine sand paper or wire brush to clean them up. Once they're clean, you might want to put some anti-corrosion grease (stuff you use on battery terminals) on the contact points to slow the broke down a bit. Check all the connections for corrosion too.

I've got a couple side-by-side pics of both my old OEM lights and the new ones. I'll post up tomorrow (can't get to my hosting site til then). The H3 bulbs mount from the rear on both the new and the old OEM set.
