If you open the actual spread sheet, you can play around with the top three numbers and the rest of the page updates. It doesn't tell you exactly how much lift you get, but it'll tell you relatively how much more lift you'd get w/ a longer shackle or if you moved your shackle mount. Also give you an idea just how much your shackle angle changes just by moving your mounts closer or using a longer shackle.
Once again, the numbers aren't absolute and don't mean anything on their own, only when compared to themselves, which is why there's three columns...
