That is exactly what they did.
In one of the pics above a guy even has a bag mounted to a bag.
I do not see why a rack like this would not work in your toppers.
You can contact them to find out, but all your gear will be upside down.
I will probably never fill all of these bags up either, but it is nice to have the bags to store future stuff.
I will mount my new two-ways I picked up awhile back to one of the bags like they did in this photo.
