I carry everything mentioned too in my truck box, cept my shovel broke (stupid old wood shovel). I carry it all b/c it comes in handy, I also carry what sdstud212001 is talking about. I also carry a full change of clothes with 2x each undies and socks, come along, a tarp, every kinda lube and spray one would need out in the field (grease, 5 qt oil, ATF, gear oil, starting fluid, brake fluid, PB blaster, RTV, etc), a small propane torch, a pretty danged good full set of tools and a few spare parts.

Basically I am sure my truck box has 250lbs in it.. Alot of it can be done without but helps, last trip someone broke a birf and we got a replacement from some cruisers but woulda been sunk if I didnt have RTV sealant and some wheel bearing grease plus some tools.
