my buddy jeremy (NCSU 4Runner) did the 7MGE the supra swap and from what he told me its A LOT more work from doing the 3.4 swap since the 3.4 virtually bolts right up compared to the 7MGE. If your looking for a project go with the 7MGE youll have 300 plus HP. the 3.4 puts out 190 but add another 50 when you do the trd supercharger.

or just drop in a Crate 350 small block and a TH400 tranny
