1. You can disable the chirper or (horn) by cuttting the wire... one red and one black... near gas pedal... comming out from the car chassis... take a good look under the dashboard.... if you have a hard time to find it don't worry... go to step 2...

2. Remove the FUSE (3A) from the wireharness.

Where is the FUSE locate at... Well... you have to find the ECU "brain" first... it's locate under the dashboard... on your right hand side... you have three steps to find your ECU...

1- Remove the left front-door trim (five clips and four taps).
2- Remove the driver's kick panel.
3- Remove the driver's dashboard lower cover.(use 10mm socket to remove those two bolts).

You will see the "brain" ECU...(grey box... said: TOYOTA V.I.P. Security Sytem) start working from here... just follow the wiring harness and you will see the fuse holder (the fuse in here)... also there is a stater kill (black chip) as well came along with the wireharness... Hope this helped!
