I've never heard anything positive about Pacesetter. In my younger and more naive days I installed one on my Honda Accord, and it was rusted from the inside out within a year (in Montana). Now they may have improved their design/materials, but I'd be wary. If I remember correctly, I paid $220 at a local shop for a 2.5" cat back with a nice flow-through muffler last year, and it was great. I guess I should ask if you're going for looks or function, or a little of both. I just decided to make mine turn down and exit right behind the rear axle, so it's mostly out of sight, and sounds better.
