If I can remeber to do so I'll look at a wiring diagram at work on Monday and get with you on those wires. The only diagrams I have available to me right now only go back to '90 and they do not show any wires those colors.
The single yellow/black wire could be to the oil pressure switch and the brown/black wire is likely to be a sensor ground.
