If it's right next to your radio plug, it is also for the radio.

I just bought a Toyota stereo adapter harness the other day for my Tacoma, but it's good for '81 and up. It has two plugs, and so does my truck. One larger 9 or 10 prong plug for the power, front speakers, etc. A smaller, white, four pronged plug right next to it (like he says above), also for the radio. (Rear speakers).

Wouldn't an SR5 extra cab of that vintage have rear speakers? Therefore the extra plug in the OEM wiring harness?
