On my 4Runner (22RE) I just used the vacuum purge line from the charcoal cannister. It was easy to get to, small enough to be able to modulate the uptake of the Seafoam and was at the inlet to the intake. I would think the PCV valve hose would suck on way too much liquid at once and the hose from it to the intake is too short to use anyway.
