You will have to drill into the rear doors. It should only take two holes for each door to attach the inner template. All the other flares should attach with just screws and rivets and no more drilling. As for the flush holes, they don't hav to be enormous, just big enough that you can shoot a good stream of water up in there. I haven't even drilled any for mine yet, but probably will soon just to stay on the safe side. Good luck and let us know if you have any more questions.
