Here's a writeup on a 2nd gen.
I did mine a little different. I ran a (fused) wire driectly to the inverter from the battery. I transfered the on/off switch on the inverter to the wall switch. I also set it up in the storage compartment on the drivers side.

In the near future im going to run a 0 gauge wire from my battery to a breaker under the hood and then all the way to the back. This will cut down on all the fuses and clean up the wiring I have now. Somebody already mentioned this idea on the forum but I forgot who.
