Yes, the Dells are Pocket PC. I think the Axiam A3 is the one with built in Wi-Fi.

There is a guy at work who has the earlier model and it is sweet, which is why I'm leaning towards the Axiam w/ Wi-Fi. Plus it uses SD cards and every other gadget I have (GPS, camera MP3 etc) all use the SD card format.
