I would say power the rear 6x9's in the car. I just upgraded my girlfriend's civic with Sony Xplods all around to compliment her Sony deck. Here speaker sizes are the same as your situation with the Camry. The rear speakers sound great with nice bass and lots of mid and highs. The rear speakers are where almost all of her sound is coming from. I think it is the shape of the window right above the rear speakers that bounces all of the sound towards the front. The power will compliment the 6x9's nicely, they definitely hit harder and lower than the 6.5's in the door.

My truck, on the other hand, all of the sound definitely comes from the front. I can barely hear the rear speakers unless I adjust the fade.
