That is what I meant earlier. If he is turning it for 16k, a shop would have at least 30 hours in the swap plus 4-6k in parts. Like I said, at this price, I imagine half the truck being shop cost.

The full time 4wd stuff, yeah just lock the hubs. Except that those angles have to be right on in the front driveline otherwise vibrations on a likely shortish driveline with only a single case, would probably be hellish over 65.

Someone buy it so we can see how possessed it is.
